Synthia (Bordelon) Brock

Funeral Mass for Synthia Bordelon Brock of Baton Rouge, former native of Bordelonville, will take place at the St. Peter Catholic Church of Bordelonville on Monday, January 9th, 2023 beginning at 11:00am with Rev. Louis Sklar officiating. Burial will take place at the St. Peter Catholic Cemetery.

Synthia Brock, age 93, passed away at the Lake Sherwood Village in Baton Rouge on Thursday, January 5th, 2023.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Stephany Stepps (John) and Arthur Roy, Jr. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Wendy Hebert (Joe), Morgan Hutchison (Cade), Tyler Roy (Jordan), Paisley Roy, and Beau Roy; great-grandchildren, Lauren Shirk and Matthew Shirk, and her great-great-grandchild, Oliver Shirk.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patti Roy; her recent husband, Jesse Brock; her 1st husband, Enes Bordelon; parents, Navin and Agnes Desselle Bordelon; and brother, Patrick Bordelon.

Visitation will begin at 9:00am on Monday, January 9th, 2023 at the St. Peter Catholic Church Hall until time of services
