David Vead

Memorial service for David Pierre Vead of Simmesport will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023 beginning at 11:00 am in Escude’ Funeral Home of Simmesport. Military honors will be held immediately after the service.

Mr. Vead, 70 passed away March 13, 2023 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell,  and Adina (Chatelain) Vead; sister Faye Naquin, and a brother, Lionel “Jerry” Vead.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 48 years Barbara (Bordelon) Vead; and his son Brock Mitchell Vead both of Simmesport.

Visitation will begin Saturday, March 18, 2023 beginning at 9:00 am until time of service at Escude’ Funeral Home of Simmesport.

Escude’ Funeral Home of Simmesport is in charge of arrangements.
