Willis Bonnette

Funeral services for Willis Bonnette, will be held on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 11:00am at Escude' Funeral Home of Simmesport with Reverend Larry Myers officiating. Visitaion will take place in the funeral home on Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 5:00pm until 10:00pm. The funeral home will re-open at 8:00am Monday until the time of service. Burial will be in the Christ the King Church Mausoleum.

Willis Bonnette, age 81, a resident of Simmesport died Friday, August 28,2015 at Pointe Coupee General Hospital.

Mr. Bonnette is preceded in death by his children, Sherry Bonnette, Carmen Bonnette, and Kerry Bonnette; his sister Nancy Nell Davis and brother Clyde Bonnette; and his parents Taylor and Minnie (Myers) Bonnette.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Shirley Laprairie Bonnette; daughter, Sheila Bonnette; son, Blain Bonnette; his grandchildren, Jennifer Beale, Jonathon Bonnette, and Amanda Ferri; his great-grandchildren, Aubrey Beale, Tristan Beale, and Bailey Bonnette; and his siblings, Jessie Bonnette, Darlene Moreau, Billy Bonnette, and Verna Bonnette Gaspard.
