Funeral services for Willie Dolton Bannister, Jr. of Moreauville will take place at the Simpson Baptist Church of Moreauville on Saturday, October 29, 2011, beginning at 11:00am with Rev. Terryl Pierite officiating. Visitations will also be held at the church, prior to the funeral services, from 9:00am to 11:00am. Burial services will commence at the Simpson Baptist Cemetery.
Willie Bannister, Jr., age 70, passed away at the Colonial Nursing Home on Sunday, October 23, 2011. He is preceded in death by his son, Terry Bannister parents, Willie Dolton Bannister, Sr. Louella Bannister brother, Joseph Bannister sister, Jennie Bannister. He is survived by his wife, Bessie Scott Bannister of Moreauville children, Nikki Bannister of Moreauville, Corey Dolton Bannister of Lafayette grandson, Dequan Weaver brother, Carroll Bannister of Florida.
