A life beautifully lived and profoundly shared with those he loved, Tommy Joseph LaGrange, age 70, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Willis-Knighton Medical Center in Shreveport. A resident of Pineville, Tommy was a loving husband, father, cherished uncle, and friend whose presence brought warmth, creativity, and steady comfort to everyone who knew him.
Tommy was a man who deeply appreciated the beauty of the world around him. An avid painter and sketcher, he found great joy in capturing the quiet majesty of the outdoors, leaving behind a legacy of beautiful nature scenes that reflected his gentle soul and artistic spirit.
Above all, Tommy’s life was defined by his devotion to his family. Those left to cherish his memory and carry forward his legacy are his beloved wife, Yvonne LaGrange; and his devoted children, Natalie Coker (and her husband, Lucas) and Jeremy LaGrange. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law, Celeste Dauzat; his cherished goddaughter, Crystal Bordelon; nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart, Sarah Dauzat, Emily Mayeux, Kelly Bordelon, Lauren Dauzat, and Marque McCarter; his special cousins, Jimmy and Shirley Landry; his mother-in-law, Juliette Roy Guillot; and his special aunt, Joyce Roy Latiolas, along with a host of extended family and dear friends.
He was greeted in eternity by his parents, Emery H. LaGrange and Pearl Bernard LaGrange; his father-in-law, Dewey Guillot; and his brother-in-law, Tim Guillot.
