Funeral service for Robert Mayeux of Mansura will begin at 1:00pm on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura with Deacon Ken Primeaux officiating. Entombment will be at St. Joseph #2 Mausoleum in Marksville.
Robert Mayeux, age 66, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at his home in Mansura.
Those left to cherish his wife, Jane Mayeux; children: Corey Mayeux (Chris), Amy Lachney (Derald), David Mayeux (Emily), and Jill Saucier (Tyler); 6 grandchildren: Logan Lachney, Aubree Lachney, William Saucier, Reid Saucier, Olliver Mayeux, and Wade Mayeux; siblings, Lisa Mayeux Coco of Pineville, Richard Mayeux (Faye) of Plaucheville, and Maurice Mayeux, III (Monique) of Moreauville; and stepbrothers, Chris James of Moreauville and Michael James (Buffy) of Plaucheville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Maurice (Anna Claire) Mayeux, Jr.; and his mother, Johnette St. Romain (Joseph) Basco.
Visitation will begin at 8:00am until 1:00pm on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Escude Funeral Home (318-964-2324) 6608 Porterie St. Mansura, LA 71350.
