Private services will be held for Ricky P. Bordelon of Mansura.

Ricky Paul Bordelon, age 67, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2026, at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria. He was a handyman at the antique shop with Howard Ducote. Ricky was his mother's caregiver for many years until her passing. He also worked at Paragon Casino. 

Those left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Wanda Laborde (Charles), Peggy St. Amand (Herman), Shirley Dufour, Darlene Fernaays (Scott, Sr.), and Carolyn Fruge (Clint). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elba John Bordelon and Olivia Dupuy Bordelon; and brothers, Ted Bordelon and infant, John Bordelon.

He will be interred at St. Charles Cemetery in Goudeau with his family.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Escude Funeral Home.
