Funeral services for Rena Mary Jeansonne of Hamburg will take place at the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church of Plaucheville on Friday, August 2, 2013, beginning at 1:00pm. Visitation will also be held at the church that morning beginning at 11:00am. Burial will commence at the Mater Dolorosa Cemetery.
Rena Jeansonne, age 84, passed away at the Avoyelles Hospital on Tuesday, July 30, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam Anita Tassin Jeansonne, Sr. She is survived by her brothers, Steven Jeansonne of Plaucheville, Sam Jeansonne, Jr. of Cottonport, Gerard Jeansonne of Pride.
Service and arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
