Nancy Ann Bowman

Nancy Ann Bowman, age 69, of Lettsworth, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at her residence. 

Memorial Service for Nancy Bowman will begin at 11:00am on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport with pastor William “Danny” Wright III.

Visitation will begin at 9:00am to 11:00am on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport.

Nancy was a beloved homemaker and a devoted mother. She had a passion for the New Orleans Saints football team. She was very proud to be a part of the Houmas Native American Indian tribe and enjoyed learning about their culture. Nancy had a flair for fashion and had a great love for clothes and shoes.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Theresa Bordelon (John) of Long Bridge; son, Michael “Tiger” Bowman (Gerri) of Morganza; father, Arthur Hebert, Sr.; nine grandchildren, Nyla Bordelon, Dale Bordelon, Daniel Bordelon, Rhea Bordelon, Joseph “Andy” Haggard, Blake Bowman, Kylee Gueho, Brady “Dalton” Bordelon, and Julia Bordelon; two great-grandchildren, Dakota Bowman and Joseph Haggard; and brother, Arthur Hebert, Jr.

She was preceded by her daughter, Mickaleane “Mikki” Landry; mother, Nancy Viteaux Hebert; grandson, Gage Bowman; sisters, Debra Hebert and Sandra Sue Bodleiam; brother, Howard Hebert.
