Marlene Gauthier

Marlene Gauthier, age 92, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2025, at Avoyelles Manor Nursing Home in Dupont. 

A Funeral Mass for Mrs. Gauthier will be at 11:30AM on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Immaculate Conception Church in Dupont. 

Burial will follow mass at Immaculate Conception Cemetery on Thursday, October 16, 2025. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her five children, Amos Gauthier Jr. (Janet) of Cottonport, Raymond Gauthier of Hammond, Kim Garrett of Centerpoint, Cindy Wade of Centerpoint, and Mark Gauthier of Jennings; six grandchildren, Charla Garrett, Lance Gauthier, Cheynne Barr, Montana Gauthier, Amber Gauthier, Kaydence Gauthier; four great-grandchildren, Meadow Villemarette, Gabriel Gauthier, Blayz Dixon, and Bonnie Barr; brother, Robert Rodgers of West Wego.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Amos Gauthier Sr., parents, Santo Marchetta and Thelma Martin; and sister, Emma Toroyani.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home in Mansura.
