Funeral services for Madeline Valois Gauthier of Moreauville will take place at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Moreauville on Saturday, August 30, 2014 beginning at 2:00pm with Father Marc Noel officiating. Visitation will take place at the Escud Funeral Home of Moreauville that morning from 8:00am to 2:00pm. Burial service will commence at the Sacred Heart Catholic Mausoleum.
Madeline Valois Gauthier, age 97, passed away at the Colonial Nursing Home of Marksville on Friday, August 29, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmore Gauthier parents, Jerald Leda Lemoine Valois brother, Andrew Valois sisters, Odessa Lemoine, Marjorie Lemoine, Theresa Lemoine, and Louise Bonnette greatgrandchild, Jake Coco. She is survived by her daughter, Nora Gauthier Donaghey of Moreauville granddaughter, Madeline Donaghey Coco of Moreauville, greatgranddaughter, Whitney Coco of Moreauville. She is also survived by her sister, Eva Mae Nieves of New Orleans.
Services and arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
