The funeral service for Lula Mae Guillot of Dupont will begin at 1:00pm on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the Immaculate Conception Church Hall in Dupont with Pastor Shane Deaville officiating. Burial will follow at the Bayou Jacques Church of Christ Cemetery in Bayou Jack.
Lula Mae Guillot, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Avoyelles Manor Nursing Home in Dupont.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Linda Hunter of Mansura, and Gladys Guillot Jennings of Plaucheville; 4 grandchildren, Richard Bordelon, Jr. (Anna), Melissa Bordelon Richardson (Jamie), Heather Jennings, Katie Jennings; 6 great-grandchildren, Joshua Bordelon (Lacey), Damarkus Jennings, Lula Jennings, David Rachal, Calliope Rachal, and Elizabeth Jennings; 3 great-great-grandchildren, Khloee Stepps, Shae Bordelon, and Hunter Bordelon
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Aymond; husband, Pierre Wilno “PW” Guillot, Jr.; and sister, Helen Hariford.
Visitation will begin at 10:00am until 1:00pm on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the Immaculate Conception Church Hall in Dupont.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Escude Funeral Home (318-964-2324) 552 Front St. Cottonport, LA 71327.
