Funeral services for Lee Ella Mae Dupont of Simmesport will be held at the St. Michael Catholic Church of Rexmer on Friday, September 25, 2009, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will take place at the Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport on Thursday, September 24, 2009, beginning at 2:00pm and will last until 10:00pm. Visitations will resume on Friday, prior to the funeral service, at 8:00am. Lee Ella Mae Maw Maw Brown Dupont, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at the Bayou Chateau Nursing Center. She is preceded in death by her; parents, Ambrose Stella Mayeaux Lemoine; husband, John Dupont, Sr.; sons, Havard Dupont, John Dupont, Jr., Curley Dupont. She is survived by her; sons, Earl Dupont, Sidney Dupont, Dwayne Dupont all from Simmesport; brother, Ambrose Lemoine, Jr.; sister, Maggie Bordelon. She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren, eleven great-great-grandchildren. Service and funeral arrangements are under directions of Escude Funeral Home.
