Funeral services for Lass Mae Ford of Marksville will take place at the St. Richard Catholic Church of Hickory Hill on Saturday, April 9, 2011, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will also be held at the church, prior to the funeral service, from 8:00am to 11:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Richard Catholic Cemetery.
Lass Ford, age 63, passed away at the Rapides Regional Medical Center on Friday, April 1, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin Josephine Marie Ford. She is survived by her daughter, Kristain Lavalais of Marksville brother, John Dale Ford of Marksville sister, Dorothy Reed of Alexandria.
Services and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
