Mr. Jimmie Wayne Bordelon, Sr. , age 61 of Hamburg, LA, passed away at Avoyelles Hospital on Friday, September 14, 2007. Survivors: wife, Jackie Rachal Bordelon, Hamburg, LA; daughter, Danielle Bordelon and husband, Trent Rojas, Belle Chasse, LA; son, Jimmie and wife, Laurie Bordelon, Plaucheville, LA; sisters: Dorothy Canal, Simmesport, LA and Juanite Polotzola, Lettesworth, LA; brother, Forrest Bordelon, Jr., Bay Town, TX; and grandchildren: Shane Bordelon, Nicholas Bordelon, Ashton Rojas and Allie Rojas. Preceded in death by: father, Forrest Bordelon, Sr.; mother, Frances Martin Bordelon; and grandchild: Paige Bordelon. Services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 16, 2007 at St. Catherine Catholic Church, Hamburg, LA. Msgr. Steve Testa - celebrant. Interment St. Catherine Cemetery, Hamburg, LA under the direction of ESCUDE' FUNERAL HOME, Moreauville, LA. Visitation was at Escude' Funeral Home, Moreauville, LA on Saturday, September 15, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m. Wake Service at 5:30 p.m. and re-opened Sunday at 9:00 a.m.
