James Matthews Lavalais, age 64, of Mansura, LA, died Thursday, August 7, 2008, at his residence in Mansura, LA. He is survived by three sons, Dimeterius Lavalais of Oklahoma City, OK, Thomas Lavalais of Federal Way, WA and Daryl Lavalais of Austin, TX and one sister, Romain Martinez of Arizona. Arrangements are being handled by Escude Funeral Home , Mansura, LA where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 16, 2008. Funeral service will be at Escude Funeral Home of Mansura at 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 16, 2008.
