Ivy Paul Bordelon

Funeral Mass for Ivy Paul Bordelon of Plaucheville will take place at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Dupont on Friday, June 21^st, 2024, beginning at 11:00am. Burial will take place at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.

Ivy Paul Bordelon, age 62, passed away at his home in Plaucheville on Friday, June 14^th, 2024.

 He had a passion for old restored vehicles. He would always joke and say, “I’d put an old Corvette motor in that truck”.  He enjoyed a cold beer and riding on his 4-wheeler. Most of all, he had a deep love for his parents and missed them dearly. 

Those left to cherish his memory are his brothers, Elliott Bordelon (Ellen) of DeQuincy, Bryan Bordelon (Brandy) of Plaucheville; nephews, Chris Bordelon (Kimmie) of Plaucheville, Bo Bordelon of Plaucheville, Luke Bordelon of Plaucheville, Nathan Arnold of Dallas; nieces, Sarah Boltz of Plaucheville, Haley Bordelon of Plaucheville, Abigail Bordelon (David) of Walker,and Emily Arnold of Dallas; grand nieces and nephews, Beau Bordelon, Dawson Bordelon, Colston Rusk, Mila Rusk, Watson Bordelon, Kason Owens, Joseph Bordelon, Annalisa Bordelon, Seth Munch, Nevaeh Grimball, and Maddie Grimball.

 He was preceded in death by his parents, Houston and Barbara Firmin Bordelon; brother, Adam Bordelon; and sister-in-law, Janice Bordelon.

 Visitation will begin at 8:00am on Friday, June 21^st, 2024 until time of service at Immaculate Conception Church Hall in Dupont.

 His well-being was devotionally cared for by his nephew, Chris Bordelon and wife Kimmie with compassion, love, and patience. Their efforts will always be cherished and remembered.
