Glenn David Brochard

Glenn David Brochard, 69, of Cottonport passed away at his home May 1, 2025.

Glenn was a devoted father and loving husband. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Julie Brochard; his daughters, Danielle Brochard of Alexandria, Aimee Bourque of Cottonport, and Angel Ponthier of Lake Charles; his grandchildren Kaden, Brayden, Jayden, Drayden, Milliani, Brynlee, and Chloe; along with many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sister, Sarah Juneau.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Warren P. Brochard Sr. and Amy Ducote Brochard; his brothers, Gordon Brochard, Edsel James Brochard and Warren P. Brochard Jr.

Glenn loved his time working as inspector on the pipeline. He also loved to cook. He eagerly awaited for football season all year. He was also a fan of John Wayne movies. Glenn will be remembered for his generosity and kindness; he never met a stranger.

A memorial service and celebration of his life will be announced at a later time.
