Memorial service for Gene Joseph Brouillette, Sr. of Cottonport will begin at 1:00pm, October 30, 2021 at 5991 Hwy 29, Cottonport, LA 71327. Family and Friends are invited to join for his remembrance.

Gene Brouillette, age 79, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Geraldine F. Brouillette; children, Gene Brouillette, Jr., Claudette Watson, Gary Paul Brouillette, and Clifton Glenn Brouillette; sisters, Beatrice Dupont and Armeade Meyers. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Lance Grubb, Trent Brouillette, Jonas Brouillette, Kyle Brouillette, Chase Ducote, Triston Brouillette, and Hunter Brouillette; and 2 great-grandchildren: Toby Brouillette and Taliah Jade Brouillette.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Winston & Verdis Brouillette; and siblings, Dolores Bordelon, Ethel Sellers, Rose Reason, Stanley Brouillette, and Jerry Brouillette.
