Funeral services for Essie Rosa Gauthier of Cottonport will take place at the St. Mary Catholic Church of Cottonport on Saturday, May 26, 2012, beginning at 12:00pm. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Cottonport, prior to services, from 10:00am to 11:45am. Burial services will commence at the St. Mary Catholic Mausoleum.
Essie Gauthier, age 93, passed away at the Bayou Vista Nursing Home of Bunkie on Thursday, May 24, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Gauthier parents, Alcee Ida Turner Rosa brothers sisters, Ova Rosa, Jesse Rosa, Delta Rosa, Ozeite R. Spears, Dorothy R. Ehrhardt, Mary Donna R. Labasse. She is survived by her nieces, nephews, greatnieces greatnephews.
Services and arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
