Funeral services for Elvy Brouillette of Simmesport will take place at the Wesley Chapel (Evangelical Methodist) of Simmesport on Sunday, November 8, 2015 beginning at 3:00pm. Visitation will also take place at the church that afternoon being at 12:00pm. Burial will commence at the Church Cemetery.
Elvy Brouillette, age 87, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife, Verdie Brouillette; parents, Louis & Azema Mayeux Brouillette; sister, Lynnie Protho; and brothers, Herman, Hubert, & Lindscom Brouillette. Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Janet Strong, Janice Reed, Ferral Ortman, Donald Ray Brouillette, & Kevin Brouillette; his sisters, Grace Benner, Marie Brouillette, & Evelyn Gunnels. He is also survived by his seventeen grandchildren and his thirteen great-grandchildren.
Services and arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
