Funeral Mass for Donald Lavalais of Mansura will take place on Saturday, February 18th, 2023 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church of Mansura with Fr. Blake Deshautelle officiating. Burial will commence at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Cemetery.
Donald Lavalais, age 62, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Avoyelles Hospital in Marksville.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Betty Lavalais; daughters, Tangela Crockett and Courtney Lavalais; grandchildren: Kyron Lavalais, Serenity Wells, A’Maya Roy, A’Laya Roy, and Kyla Roy; brothers, Michael Lavalais, Clyde Lavalais, Patrick Lavalais, and Richard Lavalais.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Lavalais and Beatrice James Lavalais; brother, Anthony “Block” Lavalais, Sr.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 18th, 2023 from 9:00am to 11:00am at the Escude Funeral Home of Mansura.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Escude Funeral Home (318-964-2324) 6608 Porterie St. Mansura, LA 71350.
