Donald Jenkins Sr., age 69, of Jackson, LA passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge, LA. 

A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura, LA.

Visitation will begin at 8:00AM until time of service, Monday, December 22, 2025, at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura, LA. 

Interment will be held privately on a future date. 

Those left to cherish his memory are his two sons, Derrick Randle (Michelle) of Mangilao, Guam and Donald Jenkins Jr. (Patricia) of Tucson, AZ; two grandchildren, Amir D. Randle and Olivia Randle; siblings, Linda Jenkins of New Cane, TX, Gladys Jenkins of Cottonport, LA, Bessie Dixon of Cottonport, LA, Mary Dean of Marksville, LA, Priscilla Kelly of Marksville, LA, Danielle Doucet of Marksville, LA, Charles Jenkins (Genevieve) of Cottonport, Johnny Jenkins of Cottonport, LA, Joe Jenkins of Monroe, LA, Joseph Jenkins of Alexandria, and Betty White of Hessmer, LA.

He is preceded by his wife, Marilynn Jenkins; parents, Isaiah Jenkins and Octavia Turner Jenkins; siblings, Gloria Hayes, Jimmie Jenkins, Henrietta Brown, Steve Jenkins, Wilbert Jenkins, and Roosevelt Mayes.
