Dolores Dauzart

Funeral services for Dolores Dauzart of Simmesport will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 beginning at 1pm at Christ the King Catholic Church in Simmesport. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016 beginning at 5pm until 10pm with a rosary to be cited at 7pm and will reopen Saturday morning from 8am until the time of service at Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport. Burial will commence in Christ the King Mausoleum. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.

Dolores Dauzart, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Dauzart; daughter, Kathy Firmin; son, Scott Dauzart; parents, Lionel & Hazel Aillet Whitemore; brother, Lou Whitemore and grandson, Ryan Firmin.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Lisa Watts of Simmesport; sister, Gloria Bordelon of Metairie; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
