Beverly Rita Desselle

Beverly Rita Desselle, 87, of Mansura, peacefully passed away on February 5, 2024. She was born on June 30, 1936, to the late George and Mae Guillory Chatelain. Beverly's spirit departed this world, surrounded by her loving family at Oakmont Estates in Mansura.
 
 Left to cherish her memory are her beloved children, Dr. Rene' Desselle (Deborah) of Mansura, Bruce Desselle of Baton Rouge, and Lisa Futch (Scott) of Pineville, will forever treasure the moments shared with their beloved mother; her brother, Clifton Chatelain. Beverly was also blessed with two adored grandsons, Joel Desselle and Ryan Desselle.
 
 A funeral service will be held to honor and celebrate the life of Beverly Desselle on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 11:00am at the Escude Funeral Home in Mansura. Reverend Charlie Ray will officiate the ceremony. Following the service, Beverly will be laid to rest at the St. Paul Catholic Mausoleum.
 
 Relatives and friends are invited to join Beverly's family in paying their last respects. The visitation will begin at 8:30am on the day of the service, with a holy rosary to be recited at 10:30am in her honor.

Honored to serve as her pallbearers are: Rene' Desselle, Bruce Desselle, Scott Futch, Mark Chatelain, Joel Desselle, and Ryan Desselle.
