Benjamin Greenhouse

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Benjamin Dave "Mooch", "Peanut" Greenhouse of Marksville will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018 beginning at 11:00am in Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Marksville. Visitation will begin at Saturday morning at 8:00am in the church. Burial will take place in the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Mr. Greenhouse, 97, resident of Marksville passed away on Saturday. May 26, 2018 at Valley View Nursing Home in Marksville.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 72 years, Louise Greenhouse; children, Amy Greenhouse & Lynne Moore; parents, Dave & Bessie Greenhouse; sister, Catherine Miller; brothers, Calvin Greenhouse, Leroy Greenhouse, Overton Greenhouse, Richard Greenhouse, & Newman Greenhouse.
Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Jane Jones of Tyler, TX, Beatrice Pervis of Los Angeles, Judy Jones of Hessmer, Lucien Greenhouse of Tyler, TX, Aldon Greenhouse of Tyler, TX, Flynn Greenhouse of Tuscon, AZ, Gradney "Fox" Greenhouse of Marksville, & Ray Greenhouse of Tyler, TX. He is also survived by 45 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
