Graveside Service & Military Honors for Antonio Salomon Medina of Simmesport will begin at 1:30pm on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville.
Antonio Medina, age 62, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 at the Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Lorie Laird Medina of Simmesport; daughter, Alexis Ann Medina of Marksville; son, Brian Threeton of Lake Charles; grandchildren: Ashton Threeton , Abel Threeton, Dakota Mayeux, Finley Threeton, Oliver Threeton, and River Threeton ; sisters: Diana Castellon, Lucy Castellon, Cruz Potozme, and Ana Potozme; brother, Renato Potozme.
He was preceded in death by his parents Manuel & Ena (Perez) Medina.
