Alexander Landry

Funeral services for Alexander Landry of Hessmer will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Hessmer beginning at 10am. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura beginning at 5pm until 10pm. Interment will be at the St. Alphonsus Mausoleum of Hessmer. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
Alexander Landry, age 82, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2013 at the Avoyelles Hospital in Marksville. He was preceded in death by his parents Leo Cecilia Lormand Landry, two brothers, and four sisters. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Evangeline Ann Landry of Hessmer his two sons, Jimmy Landry Shirley of Hessmer and Jeston Landry Kathy of Glenmora seven grandchildren and numerous greatgrandchildren.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers: Sonny Lachney, Kelley Gaspard, Chad Bordelon, Tommy LaGrange, Jonathan Landry, and Payton Landry also, honored to serve as crossbearer is Tristin Liberatore.
